The Brisbane BBQ Festival is fast approaching, and meat lovers of all kinds should be getting excited.
Beef jerky will be well represented at this year’s festival, with Queensland’s Bigwig Jerky Co. and Jim’s Jerky slated to be offering packs of the good stuff.
The organisers promise heaps of food, live entertainment, market stalls, live demos and workshops to fill your whole day with meaty, smoky, juicy, delicious BBQ goodness.
The 2016 Festival will be held at the Brisbane Showgrounds on July 2. So after you vote, forgo your democracy sausage sizzle in favour of some incredible, slow cooked meats from a huge variety of Brisbane food vendors.
